Terms of Participation
This giveaway is operated and organized by toleadoo GmbH, represented by Managing Director JΓΌrgen BΓΆttcher, Am Unisys-Park 1, 65843 Sulzbach/Ts., Germany (Commercial Register Number 99522 at the District Court of Frankfurt am Main), hereinafter also referred to as "toleadoo".
1. Framework Conditions of Our Offer
Without the participation of the giveaway sponsors, the implementation of the giveaway would not be possible. Therefore, the giveaway is also intended to obtain advertising consents in favor of the organizer and the giveaway sponsors, which in particular also enable email and telephone advertising. If this is not desired, users can also participate without granting advertising consents.
The organizer and therefore responsible party for the giveaway is solely toleadoo GmbH. The brand owner or manufacturer of the products shown is neither the organizer nor sponsor of this giveaway and has no business relationship with the organizer.
2. Eligible Participants
2.1. Eligible to participate are all persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of their participation, participate from a location in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and have their permanent residence in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Not eligible to participate are employees, authorized representatives and agents of toleadoo GmbH, the sponsors and their respective affiliated companies as well as their respective family and household members, as well as all persons who are disqualified or excluded from the giveaway according to Section 6 of the terms of participation.
2.2. Participation is only permitted under the real name. Participation through straw men is not permitted.
3. Participation
3.1. Participation via the internet is done through appropriate online registration. Advertising consent can also be given in favor of toleadoo and the giveaway sponsors. The details are derived from the specific advertising consent.
3.2. Participation is only possible until the specified submission deadline.
3.3. Participation does not depend in any way on the purchase of goods, the use of paid services and/or the payment of connection fees and/or usage fees.
4. Winner Determination and Prize
4.1. toleadoo organizes a giveaway with various announced prizes. From the circle of all participants in the giveaway and according to these general terms of participation eligible persons, a winner will be drawn within four weeks after the end of the giveaway.
5. Notification of Winners/Sending of Prize
5.1. Winners will be notified by post and/or by telephone and/or by email.
5.2. The prize will be sent to the winner by the organizer at their expense.
6. Forfeiture of Prize Claim
If the prize notification fails, the prize claim expires. The prize notification is considered failed if the winner does not respond within 14 days.
7. Transferability and Taxes
Prize claims are not transferable. The winner is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes.
8. Rules of Conduct, Disqualification and Blocking
8.1. toleadoo has the right to disqualify and exclude participants from the giveaway who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process, the game and/or the "toleadoo" pages.
9. Termination/Amendment Options
toleadoo reserves the right to cancel or end the giveaway at any time without prior notice for good reason.
10. Right of Objection and Revocation
Participants can object to the processing of their data for advertising purposes or revoke any consent given without stating reasons.

12. Applicable Law
The mandatory legal provisions of the country in which you usually reside apply. Otherwise, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
